About the book:
This book was the first to deal with the topic of modern corporate health management at the beginning of the new millennium and in this context introduced the term "Corporate Mental Wellness" into the discourse. To this day, this book is a standard work in the field of modern corporate health management. The book presents the findings of many years of applied research and practice, combining aspects of human resource management, methodological and structural sciences, and medicine.
In doing so, the book begins by referencing the proven connection between the mental health of employees and the economic success of companies in the context of data-driven management. In the second part, corporate mental wellness is examined and critically evaluated from a psychotherapeutic perspective. The third part describes a do-it-yourself procedure model for implementing the necessary measures in organizations to establish and sustain corporate mental wellness. This part is complemented by a separate section that describes 10 proven tools and methods for actively working on Corporate Mental Wellness in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. Three case studies from renowned companies at the end of the book show how simply and, above all, effectively the concept described in the book and the instruments and concepts introduced into the discourse help to realize Corporate Mental Wellness in one's own organization.
With three case studies from Bertelsmann AG, Digital Compaq and Segafredo.
